Sequoia National Park, California
|DAY 37 - OCT 8 - SATURDAY
We checked out of our campground at Terminous, CA and returned the rental car.
Back in the camper, we headed south once again on Route 99 through California's central valley to Sequoia National Park to once again see the magnificent Redwoods. We drove through a little cross roads village called Centerville. Search for a fire station was not successful, but we did find a "Fruit Station." That would have to do.
One of the challenges of being back in the camper, rather than the rental car, is that it can't go everywhere because of its length. We found out that we could not take the 31' long camper through the route we planned through Sequoia. Though limited, we were able to see many of these incredible ancient trees.
We stopped for Night 37 in a place called Visalia, CA.
