| DES MOINES IA |
| Day 10 began in Des Moines. We found a couple Fire Stations. |
| ALBIA IA |
| On the way from Des Moines south, we went through a nice little town called Albia. It had an old historic fire station and a central square with a Civil War Memorial. Many of the buildings dated back to the 1800s. |
| CENTERVILLE IA |
| Between Des Moines and St Louis, we had seen a "Centerville" so
we decised to check it out. We got a nice tour of the Fire Station
and apparatus. |
| NORTHERN MISSOURI |
| From Centerville IA we headed for Worthington MO. Another family name to check out. Worthington was pretty small. No Fire Department found. But, still interesting. |
| ST LOUIS MO |
| We arrived in St Louis late in the afternoon. We had a hotel
near the Busch Stadium and with a view of the Gateway Arch. We
couldn't have planned a better view of StL. Once settled, we walked over to the ball park and got tickets for the game. |
| ST LOUIS MO |
| Busch Stadium was a spectacular ball park with an iconic view. The Cardinals were hosting the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Cardinals won 3 - 1! |
