To Asakusa

Tokyo Sumida River Cruise to Harbor - on Hotaluna Our vessel is a modern looking, low profile, glass roofed boat called "Hotaluna."
The cruise took about and hour or so.
One of the things I had hoped to see on the cruise, would be two Fireboats at the Tokyo Hamacho Fireboat Station here on the Sumida. They are away when we came by.
There are many interesting bridges over the Sumida River.

The Hotaluna docked at the Odaiba landing, a short walking distance from our hotel.

Statue of Liberty The Statue was part of a Japan-France relationship in 1998. The statue became permanent in 2000. Lights after dark turn colors from green to red to blue, etc.
The Grand Nikko hotel is in the background.
Japan is very child friendly. One example is a ramp like this that enables strollers or bikes to get up stairs a little easier.
