 COLORADO
January 31, 2025 - February 18, 2025

Our Colorado 2025 Trip started out from Boston with a flight
to Denver International Airport.

About 1 hour south of Denver is Colorado Springs, which became our home
for a few weeks.

The Colorado Springs area is beautiful in many ways.
So much to see and do, including Pikes Peak, the Garden of the Gods,
the IAFF Fallen Firefighters Memorial, and so much more.

Part of our trip also enjoyed a special 2 night visit to New Mexico.

The visit, like most of our trips, included visits to various Fire Stations
and all the neighborhoods and scenery observed in the dot to dot travel in between.

The weather in February, was as warm as 72 degrees one day,
and 1 degree or below just days later.

We had a wonderful visit and look forward to more visits in the future.

Some General Colorado Scenery

There are quite a few roads that could have shared this name.

A lot of the high country doesn't have many trees.
Wide open spaces with views miles away.

Many homes are built facing west for sunsets over the mountains.

The Colorado Springs area seems to be growing rapidly.

Its all about the view!

A little weather coming through.

I didn't figure out what this is about, but it must be interesting.

Scenes change minute by minute.

Perfect. USA!

We actually expected more of this in Colorado in February.
