WORCESTER FIRE
Shortly after the 2018 Firefighter of the Year awards, a reported fire on the
7th floor
of a building across from Mechanics Hall brought a full Worcester response of
E2-E6-E12-E13-L1-L3-L7-R1 and a few other resources. The fire was minor and
units were soon released. Followed by a quick visit to the Franklin Street
Fire Station
and Firefighter Memorial on the site of the Dec 3, 1999 Worcester Cold Storage
building
fire that resulted in 6 Worcester Firefighters being killed.
