"Boat 7"
Vicksburg, Mississippi is located on the Mississippi River
across from Louisiana
about where I-20 crosses the River and a few miles west of Jackson, MS.
One of its stations was built in 1910 and is still operating.
It is said to be the oldest functioning fire station in Mississippi.
It was once a horse fire house.
Station 7 is located at the corner of Washington and Polk.
The classic old fire station houses Engine 7 and also a couple small boats.
