The Long Island Antique Fire Apparatus Association held its 2016 Annual "Epic"
Photo Shoot
at Heckscher Park in Islip, Long Island, NY on Sunday June 12, 2016.
An estimated 130+ apparatus ranging from 1800's wooden hand operated apparatus
to the
latest and greatest apparatus, the majority being many of the classics from the
1940s-50's-60's and 70's.
The event was designed for apparatus photographers who had ample time to
photograph posed trucks
on a spectacular sunny Sunday in June.
