Cowichan Bay Volunteer Fire Department is located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
It is about an hour or so north of the capital of Victoria, BC.
The small, yet well equipped department protects an area of about 104 Sq Kms
with a population of about 10,000.  The area includes a bay area with a large number
of vessels including fishing and pleasure craft.
