MASHPEE FIRE CHIEF JOHN "JACK" PHELAN
Chief Jack Phelan completed 34 years of service to the town of Mashpee
at a ceremony on Friday December 6, 2024. Hired as a Firefighter, he
went on to become a Paramedic, Lieutenant, Captain, Deputy, and for
the past 3 years as Fire Chief.

In addition to the awards and testimonials for the Chief,
two local citizens were presented high honors recognition by the
Red Cross for performing CPR and saving a patron at a
local restaurant during the summer.
