A man was injured in an off road accident within the West Barnstable Conservation area
early in the afternoon on Wednesday August 6, 2014. The WBFD responded and determined
the patient should be flown via Medflight to a trauma center. COMM FD and WBFD units
established a landing zone at the Marstons Mills airfield and transferred the patient to the
helicopter for transport.
