MASHPEE FIRE
The Mashpee Fire Department responded to an unknown type fire at the South Cape Resort
at 950 Falmouth Road just before 15:00 hrs on Saturday September 11, 2021. A working fire
was found in a two story multi unit condo style structure. A 2nd Alarm was quickly struck
bringing additional help from COMM, Falmouth, and Joint Base Fire Departments.
The fire was quickly contained and did not extend to the attic as was initially feared.
