HYANNIS RETIREE BREAKFAST
Members of Local 2172, past and present, gathered at the Hyannis Fire
Headquarters
on June 2, 2023, to share a Breakfast together. Approximately 25 retired Hyannis
members, representing hundreds of years of experience, were able to catch up
with
each other and the newer members of the department who continue to run the
calls.
The 1927 Ahrens Fox Engine 1, 1949 Mack Engine 5, and one of
the original 1896 era
chemical extinguishers served as a background, along with the modern fleet of
apparatus.
