HYANNIS 2ND ALARM
Hyannis Firefighters responded to a Structure Fire at 70 Center Street
at about 00:25 hours on Wednesday November 13, 2024.

On arrival, heavy fire was showing from several windows on the second floor
of a commercial building. A strong northerly wind pushed thick and heavy
smoke horizontally across the driveway towards a 3 story apartment building
setting off fire alarms in that building.
A Second Alarm was transmitted bringing a number of apparatus
to the scene from various surrounding departments.
It took several hours to bring the fire under control and extinguishment.
