PORTSMOUTH FIRE DEPARTMENT BOAT

Portsmouth Fire Department Boat
"MARINE 1"
2019 Ribcraft 26' Rigid Hull Inflatable Rescue Boat.
Powered by 250 hp Mercury outboard.
The boat has a 250 gpm fire pump.

Portsmouth keeps the boat at the NH State Port Authority pier just below
the Route 1 Bridge over the Piscataqua River.

Portsmouth was previously served by the 2006 MetalCraft FireStorm 30
"Fireboat 1" from 2007-2016. The boat then went to the New Castle, NH
Fire Department for a few years. In 2020, that vessel was acquired by the
Newburyport, MA Fire Department.
